As of 1 February 2006, PAC has begun trials on its project software system known as the PAC Portal. The PAC Portal is a work in progress that aims to increase the productivity and communication of PAC and our associates.

The Portal Timesheet is already proving itself with its ease of use and increased efficiency. Mike Dudzik, our software designer, has designed the Timesheet to reduce timekeeping to an average of 1 minute a day per user.

The PAC Portal is envisioned to become the dynamic communications hub for PAC and clients. The Portal aims to promote synergy between all involved parties.

The Portal utilizes the latest in web browser technology, enabling users worldwide access to the continually updating, project database. For example, if you change information in the portal, everyone else will see those changes as they occur, thereby giving you only relevant, up to date information.

Future functions of the Portal include: project tracking, file upload/downloads, file searches, project wikis, email-alerts, estimates, archives and many more.
