Piping with 3D Models

At PAC we believe that there is no better way to run pipe, than with a 3D model. 3D models enable us to plan exact routes of piping, showing how it fits, how it looks, and if it interferes with the existing facility. 3D models give us the ability to get the design right the first time. When it is time for construction, you can be sure our designs will fit.
Our "smart" models also generate isometrics with bills of materials and cut lengths spreadsheets. This gives you the ability to quickly and easily estimate costs, and order materials.
Piping with 3D models gives you the choice of what you want. You can observe designs in walkthroughs, even before they exist in reality. This enables you to pick the best design.
Piping with 2D will cost you less up front but they are too costly in the end. This is because designs aren't thought through as much, and they can't show you what it will look like, or if it will even work at all. With 2D piping design, the contractor has to do most of the thinking, actually on the job. Now it really gets expensive, as materials are being used and re-worked and construction workers are putting a lot more hours in. Here at PAC we look at capital projects as a whole. We work to reduce overall costs of getting the plant from concept to completion. A little more planning up front will save you a lot more in the end.
