Conceptual Stage

This stage generally occurs before the proposal is classified as a project, and as such has many options and alternate configurations. An efficient and orderly process for general review and analysis of all the options and alternates is a must.

With PAC's approach the client can review a multitude of alternates in a very timely manner. Once the existing environment is modeled, multiple placement options can be provided and reviewed. By using 3D rather than 2D, the fit and operability of each option is confirmed in a real world basis.

With our "model it first" approach, basic quantification estimates can be provided for each option and configuration. Maintance personal, operations personal, and management can get a "real" feel for the proposed concepts.

Analysis Stage

During the analysis stage several alternates selected from the conceptual stage are analyzed with respect to budget, constructablity, time, risk, and operablity.

With our "model it first" approach we can offer visual representations, drawing representations, and basic quantifications of the alternates.

Once the analysis team has slected the best alternate, PAC can provide presentation support. PAC will assemble all pertinent data, pictures, and fly-by's/walk-throughs into a comprehensive presentation package in both electronic, and hardcopy media formats.
