The Task: To demolish a pair of obsolete buildings, relocating all piping and electrical lines that are connected to, and/or supported by the buildings.

The Client: A Chemical and Pharmaceuticals Manufacturer

Time and Location: 2004, Missouri

The Budget: US$750K

Our Involvement

PAC's role: Total design.

We designed the new layout of the piping and its new structural supports using a 3D model. New cable trays were routed in much the same manner.

We delivered drawing packages, including piping isometrics, structural fabrication details, layouts, and electrical diagrams.

Conclusion

The project was completed on time, within the final budget constraints.
